SimpleCallShield is a lightweight Android call-screening app. You define number patterns like 075*. When a matching call comes in, your phone stays silent — no ring, no vibration — and the app records it quietly in the background.

What permissions are needed? Call Screening (one-tap grant in-app) + Notifications. That’s it.

Does it work on all phones? Call Screening relies on Android’s built-in role. Works great on Huawei/Honor, stock Android, and Pixel. Some manufacturers may restrict third-party screening.
